Recreation Opportunities Abound

During the evenings and on weekends you may participate in a variety of cultural, recreational, educational, and athletic activities. You can get involved with Student Government, play intramural sports, attend movies screenings, or just relax. Cascades Job Corps' activity schedules reflect the varied interests of our students. We have an arts and crafts program, a well-equiped weight room, pool tables, a great gym, and the opportunity to go on recreation trips that may include swimming, hiking, horseback riding, sporting events, and trips to interesting locations.

As you can see there is lots to do if you want to do it. We are always open to suggestions about what you'd like to do. If Arts and Crafts is your thing, come on over to the Recreation Building. We hold basketball, football, pool foosball and air-hockey tournaments, and when the weather is good we go outside to enjoy sports activities. We also have a big screen TV for videos and sports watchers.
